The club “Union cycliste de Foëcy”, also called UCF, is a sports club composed of 14 registered members which has its head office, as its name indicates it, in a small village of the Cher (18) near Bourges named Foëcy. This sports club was created 52 years ago by Robert Bonnet, today become honorary president. The UCF is very eager to promote the cycling and its values which gather numerous cycle lovers. It contributes furthermore to the dynamism and to the diversity of the activities proposed by the municipality of Foëcy. Besides, it is important to note that Mr. Sylvain Berry, a racing cyclist himself, is in charge of the presidency of the club, and this for several years.

The Union cyclist de Foëcy is affiliated to the French Federation of cycling (usually called FFC) which has for objective to organize the cycle disciplines in France. Moreover, the UCF belongs to the Comité de l’Orléanais and the Comité du Cher.
